I am diagonosed with dengue on 27 sept since then undergoing regular platelet count test on 27 100k 28 90k 29 115k 30 98k 1 oct 92k 102 fever and severe weakness on 29 but on 30 and 1 oct no significant weakness and no fever please suggest and review
