Hello..... Dengue is transmitted by mosquitoe called aedes ... It will not spread through direct contact ,so it's not contagious... Take necessary measures to avoid mosquitoes... There shouldn't be stagnant water around your house.. Use mosquito net.......maintain mosquito free environment.
