Hello. You can take Tab REGESTRONE 5mg 1 tab 3 times daily. It needs to be started at least 3 days before your period is due and can be continued for 10-12 days (Max 17 days). The pills should preferably be taken in the same time everyday. During this period, you shall not have your regular normal periods, although you may experience few small amount of spotting. After finishing the tablet course, you'll experience your normal periods within 3-5 days. Hope this helps.
