Defecation / Rectum - habitual issue

How do I excrete feces out of rectum without using fingers to clean completely? I use Indian toilet & I am unable to use western toilet to defecate because of this cleaning habit after pooping each time. I feel incomplete to just wash externally and it's more like an OCD. I am unable to adapt to using western closet mainly because of this habit.
