My face n neck have been badly tanned since childhood due to sun exposure. my face skin is also uneven n there is pigmentation around my mouth which looks really bad. both my face n neck are some shades darker than my body as u can see in the pic. can this be treated with chemical peels n my face n neck's original color be restored. pls help. thanku
