This is heridatory in me.my mom n her momn brothers all have cysts in their body..so do i..i have around 20 little lumps per hand..they are painless..i want to knw whethrr homeopathy really works for dissolvin them as i dnt want surgery.hw many mnth course n hw mch charges wil b there plzz tel me

Hello lipoma neurofibroma should be ruled out if you wanna remove it surgery should be done consult surgeon for further evaluation and treatment.
