Curds do not cause constipation. Give her lapsi (thuli) instead of rice and add some veggies to it.

Healthy afternoon Home remedies- such as diet changes, exercise movement and massage- may help relieve constipation in babies. If these do not help , a caregiver may need to seek medical advice 1. Exercise: exercise and movement tends to stimulate bowels. 2. A warm bath: can relax abdominal muscles and help them stop straining 3. Hydration : 4. Fruit juices 5 other dietary changes: puréed broccoli and carrots, Add oatmeal, puréed peaches or prunes 6. Massage: gentle massage may help relieve constipation.
