Ct value is the short for cycle threshold. Ct is a value that emerges during RT-PCR tests, the gold standard for detection of the SARS-CoV-2 coronavirus.  The lower the Ct value, the higher the viral load. Less than 35 is positive for COVID. So you are harbouring high viral load and so it's very essential to protect yourself and  have minimum possible exposure with the baby.
