Stop cremaffin

These are most of times lifestyle related problems. Along with cremaffin you should also have sitz bath atleast twice a day. Sitz bath-luke warm to moderately warm water in a big tub, add a little detail if needed and sit in it for atleast 15 to 20 mins. Also use more of Fibre rich diet such as vegetables and avoid sour, spicy meals. Your diet should have atleast 50 to 60grams of fibres. Use lignocaine gel for local application on fissure and try avoiding cremaffin for long term basis.
