Had D&C 10 days ago due to abnormal bleeding and to rule out endometrial cancer. Age 50. Had mild cramping and moderate bleeding right after, but bleeding turned down to spotting and cramps were manageable. Day 9 and 10 have episodes of strong cramps and after cramp session my discharge picks up. Color day 10 is more deep red. My pathology report was all clear. Seeing doc for follow up in 3 days. Should I go in earlier? Do I have an infection? No fever or foul smelling discharge.
