Covid-19 +ve - Home Isolated

Hi All, I got tested +ve on 5 May 2021. My doctor recommended me to had Azithromycin, dolpal, vitamin c and Zincovit one tablet per day for 5days. And if the fever persists add more dose of dolpal. But wondering which body temperature is considered as fever? My max body temp shown as 99.6 F. Please help.
