Mucous and chest congestion.. White jelly like and sometime fibrous mucous coming out from lungs.. Chest feels tight around left lower rib and sometimes in center.. After coughing the mucous the tightness goes away. Bad breath in morning after waking up and upper back pain below shoulders in morning. Do not have any fever or breathing issue but Suffering from acidity, heartburn and flatulence.

This type of mucoid phlegm is typical of allergic bronchitis. Since you have gastritis symptoms ,GERD also could be a cause.
