gd eve, cough n expectoration with fever or breathlessness suggestive immediate attention, though x ray n spirometry n PFT to rechecked.. till u meet ur ayurvedic dr tab sitopaladi for chewing n syp savavleha by sandu pharma if he isn't DM , or agastiptash 2 to 4 tsf twice a day will work for 5 days..only then choose consultant
