I am a smoker from quite a long time I am feeling pain in chest accompanied by itching while smoking regular cough breathlessness and exhaustion I am 23 male smoking from almost 3 years. Whom should I consult ? Do I need to get a lung cancer screeing test because recently I read an article on smoking and I found these were cancer symptoms .

As u know that smoking can cause lung cancer n cough, why can't u stop smoking in 1st place for yr own good. Yes, u should get x ray chest done to rule out any lesion in lungs for breathlessness consult a physician for proper treatment.
