I underwent ureteroscopy 4 days back under effect of spinal anesthesia. Doctor asked me to lay without cushion for 10-12 hours which i did.Now i am getting continuous headaches if i stand or even sit. Only when i am laying in bed without pillow it stops . How to stop the headaches without laying in bed all day.i feel perfectly fine to do other work but cant even sit due to persistent headache.

Hello.. Well headache is the common side effect of spinal anaesthesia..i suggest you to drink water well and hydrate yourself well do that you don't get dehydrated...it's the common cause of headache...consult a physician.. thank you
