I got my dupatta stuck in motorcycle due to which I got marks on my neck ,I have pain on it , how to heal these marks asap,like should I aply something on it or not n what to apply n in how kch time it would get better ?? Plz help

Marks will go, but will take some months,as for pain take a mild painkiller,
