Unable to get stool since a month.I am getting sensation but unable to stool. Not feeling hungry and feels like stomach is filled.but no use. Tried tablets like dulfolex ,but no use

Hello when having constipation since one month is quite a long time and I would definitely suggest you to meet a surgeon and get it examined in first place and also you would need enema to clear your bowels... thank you
