For the past 2 days I have been having these horrible pains in my stomach, where I keep getting pains on and off, a pain when I cough and long pain where I feel really big, hard to breath which I have to unbutton my jeans when I’m out I’m pubic. My stomach is rock hard for the past 6 hours. What is this?
