I have no idea what's wrong.it started a week ago,a sharp continuos pain in abdominal area where ovaries etc are situated and in my sides. Also an extreme painful pressure pushing downwards from that area making it very difficult to walk.my lower abdomen is very swollen and rock hard.(I'm not pregnant already did 2tests)and if I maybe have a bit of gas or need to pass a stool,until I do that extra pressure makes it all even more painful.what could this be?
