I am having dry cough in my throat for past 5 days and my nose is blocked constantly since then. Vicks inhaler does not help at all. I have not slept properly since days.

looks secondary to Reflux problem. get it checked and start treatment for same. early dinner..no spicy/oily foods and plenty of fluids should help.
