My husband bleeds through both penis and rectal at the same time. And also notice a lump in the groin area. Hes tired all the time. Wont see a doctor. He bleeds everyday. Constant washing 3 or 4 times daily. If he doesnt wash it starts getting a fishy smell. He also lost the erection. No erection .
