I have this severe pain whenever I try to breathe deep in, I can feel a vibration in the lower right rib, there isn't any pain there, but on the chest right top side is the pain

Hello, was there any injury you got to chest? If the pain is preceded by injury, it may be trauma to rib, please consult a orthopedician. Pain pain is preceded by common cold or there was no injuries, it could be pleurisy, inflammation of your lung coverings. In that case you need to consult general physician. Simple NSAIDS will help you.
