I m trying to conceive.My gynae gave me letroz 2.5 for ovulation and on 7 th day I got my HSG test done which is perfect on 9th day I strt my follicular monitoring. This is third cycle in which I have taken medicine from dctr. This tym it is dected that in right ovary I have 31 mm cyst. It increases to 35 mm on 11 th day. My dctr said to abandon this cycle. On 12 th day i.e todya I observed very lil red brown dirty discharge. Pls suggest is anything to worry about?
