Hello Doctor, Am 27 years old guy. For d past 2 years my body is completing shivering. Hands,head,legs while standing too shivering. I checked with some Neuro surgens, Some said its Essential Tremor, some said its because of anxious. Tried more tablets bt dint worked out. I was an regular drinker nt now. kindly suggest
