I often suffer from tough cold and i have headache when i havr cold and breathing problem i have and tiredness always( sinus)

Hello there.  I can understand your concern.  The history you have given is very insufficient if you ask me. Basic thing like since when are you suffering from this problem? I would suggest you take steam inhalations thrice a day. Tab. Monticope-A twice a day after food. Drink warm water. Tab. Dolo 650 for headache. Consult a ENT specialist in person for further evaluation and management. Best regards. Dr. Anil kumar jain. Bangalore.
