Two days ago I was prescribed Cipro as a treatment for possible Prostatitis. Within 10 hours I felt a popping in my left shoulder, three times in the same place - there's now quite a lot of pain there and my arm is a little bit tender to move when I move it in one particular way. The doctor, when I asked beforehand, told me "oh all medicines may have some side effects", without mentioning this. If my tendons get damaged it will end my career and the sport I do to stay fit. My question is: If this is tendon damage caused by the drug, what do I do? Can it be cured? And how can I find out if they have been damaged? Thanks for your help
