I am using Cipla Excela moisturizer for acne now in the winter season and my skin has become rough, dry, white and flaky. Should I discontinue using it?

First of all you should know your skin type and acne condition.
as you are using Cipla Excela moisturiser it is not solution for acne. this face wash is mainly for oily skin to reduce sebum production of your skin and preventing acne formation from sebum, and cause for acne there is not only oily skin it has many factors.

I would suggest you stop using this moisturiser in winter season, it will make your skin rough and dry.
