Cibrelin 0.5 side effects

I am on cibrelin 0.5 since last 3 weeks . As i was diagnosed eith hyperprolactinemia  .Dosage are once a week . I am having very heavy and painful periods . Whenever i take this medicine the very next day i feel dizziness and nausea . These are the side effects of cibrelin 0.5 or its a cause of concern for me , i should worry about this? Or it's just this medication side effects. Please answer 🙏
