Chocolate cyst & blocked fallopian tube

Hi... I had chocolate cyst in right ovary of 2.8 cm which I got removed in Aug through laparoscopy. was diagnosed with left tube blockage also due to Endometriosis . After that for 4 consecutive months the ovulation is happening from left side which is blocked . How long shall I wait for right ovulation or go for IVF ? Age is 31 and AMH is decent level.
