Whenever I cough or yawn, I feel a sharp pain in the upper left part of the chest. At other times, I feel a tightness in that same area. What is my problem? Please help.

Hi, your clinical symptoms needs further evaluation & investigations. It could be musculoskeletal, digestive causes, heart related causes, lung related causes & others. Consult Physician....
