I am having chest tightness, some times not able to complete deep breath finding bit difficult and the same with yawn also sometimes. With that now when I swallow salaiva feeling it's not easy finding bit difficult. I was covid recovered and was tested Negative...I had 9/40 as chest severity score when I was Positive a month ago. Please suggest if I need to take medical help or does it go away on its own.i am.feeling like this past 10 days.
