I am having regular chest pain on my left side and it's even more during winters and now quite regular.If i press my chest with my fingers then i can feel the pain. And sometime there is an sudden and severe current like flow in this left part don't know what to do?

It's difficult to diagnose just by pain symptom...you may require investigations like ECG,x ray etc...if are facing difficulties in breathing you may require pulmonary function tests as well..good luck...
