Chest pain and small swelling

After pushing a heavy weight (my king size bed) using my chest day before yesterday , iam feeling a small lump in my right upper chest with slight pain. Infact some pain was also yesterday. The pain increases if i stretch my right hand up or further right. I lift weights regularly in gym and i dont have any health issues.
