Chest pain after fall

I fell down from bike on Saturday evening and I still have chest pain while breathing..or coughing No visible swelling around chest. Had some injuries in hand and legs.

Hi it could be due to injury to  soft tissue in the chest or rib fractures....get your chest x Ray done and consult orthopedic surgeon they will do the needful
