Copious cough since 2 yrs, c/o LRTI with fever and blood tinged sputum since two days .CXR: right middle zone consolidation patch s/o infectious origin. Hematological correlation suggested. Afb reports awaited.

hey, it could be pneumonia or tuberculosis since you have given history of 2yr chest infection ,suggestive of TB kindly consult your physician with AFB report he'll prescribe you antitubercular medicine if its AFB+ve
