Copious cough since 2 yrs, c/o LRTI with fever and blood tinged sputum since two days .CXR: right middle zone consolidation patch s/o infectious origin. Hematological correlation suggested. Afb reports awaited.

hello there. your history and chest xray findings you have given here. not sure what your question is. afb report means the sputum test report. whether it contains any tuberculosis bacteria or not. so let's wait for the report and then you tell us your report and treatment which you would suggest. regards.
