What is blocked like feeling in centre of my left chest behind nipple there. From last 13 days from 15th Oct . It sometimes go away and sometimes it stays whole days . It feels like something is blocked there ?? Actually I am boy but my breasts are like some fatty . So due to bite can it happen ??? I have attached a pic here.
