Difficulty in breathing, chest pain, whenever drinking any hot or cold drink I can feel my chest wall, burning sensation in chest and same burning sensation in head, spine, knees, elbows. Fever daily, chills, dry cough that only comes in the morning, sore throat. Loss of movement in right knee. Symptoms since 5 months.
