Cheek and gum pain

I have a cheek and gum pain since last 3 days, the part of inner cheek nearer to the upper teeths are looks different than lower cheeks which is normal, there are lots of blue and red veins are viewable. And I was addicted to tobacco in past.

Gum pain could be because of infection in gums and the difference in appearance of inner part of your cheek can be because of your history of tobacco chewing. Please visit a dentist and get it evaluated.
