Care n dressing for bedsore..stage 3

Doc my father had CVa and respiratory distress , presently in coma for last 2 month.. he has developed stage 3 pressure ulcer ( bed sore)..which is infected ..regular cleaning with NS and betadine solutions is done.but it seems the healing is not done as expected..even with topical dressing with megaheal gel. Kindly suggest care and dressing procedure
