Hi Docs, Recently I have been feeling a little weak. I am having some other health problems like pain in groin area and stomach problems for which I consulted doctors. But I have also noticed that I am unable to make a tight fist these days. It requires lot of effort. And I cannot hold the fist for long. Is this sign for something more serious? Can you experienced people give some advice. Thanks !!

Hello Dear, Inability to hold the fist tightly is not related to the groin problem. However I would suggest that you consult a urologist who will be able to evaluate if you have hydrocele.
