A tangle of serpiginous flow voids is seen in left parietal lobe (superior/inferior parietal lobes and post central gyrus predominantly) with some markedly T2 hypointense discrete foci within, representing Arterio venous malformation (AVM) with possible phleboliths/calcifications. Nidus measures approx 3cm*2cm.
