My father is 63years old,he is having astma, sugar and obesity. Is it advisable to take vaccine or  is their any checkups are available to do before taking vaccine. Today only bharath biotech covaxin released some statements that people who are immuno comprimse, having allergic reactions and who is having weaking immunity don't take vaccine like that mentioned in their statements. I don't understand in their statements what is use of giving that vaccine to a healthy person instead of weak persons , first of all weak persons only right need vaccine but their mentioned who is having that above  complication symptoms don't take vaccine like that they said.
