Yes doctor cn tell if u immediately after an abortion for check up..i mean within 1month of abortion..if a beta hcg or urine test s done..it sometimes cn be positive. But if u hv aborted completely..these tests ll bcom negative in 3 weeks time mostly.. After that no1 cn identify
