Can concussion cause missed period

Last to last week, while playing TT, I got slipped away and got myself little injured in backside of head by another table. I felt dizziness for some days for which I took medicines as prescribed by the neuro. Now my periods are missed. My husband is out of town for past 1 month. My cycle is very fixed -28 days. Now I am not able to understand the situation. Please suggest or just answer the subject line.

though periods r regulated by hypothalamus -pituitary-ovary axis..its hard to damage dese area..its very unlikely cz such a deep injury before affecting just periods wud hv life threatening problems..isolated missed periods is actually very unlikely..it cud be effect of medicine..+/-1 week is normal..if more c ur gynecologist
