You can take the vaccine during pregnancy or during lactation safely. FOGSI the federation of obstetrics & gynaecologist societies of India, recommends vaccination in lactating women and in pregnancy after the third month.

Covid vaccination is relativelycontraindicated in pregnant and lactating mothers. You can take vaccine once your child has discontinued breastfeeding.
