When i sit and sleep i am feeling heat under buttom and back side from 9 months sir...please provide solutions..

Hello... It could be low back pain if you don't have altered bowel habits.Lower back pain could be due to paraspinal muscle spasm , intervertibral disc bulge or herniation,damaged bone or ligament,radiculopathy ,( small nerve root irrigation) ..it s not possible to comment without x ray ,MRI...consult orthopedic surgeon ...
