Likely Causes: 1. Acute Gastritis / Gastric Ulcer / Acid Peptic Disease (APD) 2. Acute Pancreatitis (especially if the pain is deep, radiates to the back, and worsens after food) 3. Gastroenteritis (but typically would have diarrhea with this) 4. Gallbladder or bile duct issue (especially if pain is severe post meals or fatty food) 5. Functional dyspepsia or GERD — possible but less likely if pain is severe and unrelenting Your symptoms point toward gastritis or possible ulcer/pancreatitis. Since you’re not getting relief with Pantocid-L and Cipro-TZ, it’s best to consult a physician or go to the ER, especially if pain is severe and constant. Diet Advice: • Avoid food for 4–6 hours (rest the gut) • Then start with: • Coconut water • Plain rice or toast • Avoid spicy/oily/acidic foods • Sip water slowly, avoid gulping For any medical advice, I'll need to take a detailed history and do an evaluation

Thank you for describing your symptoms. Severe upper abdominal pain with vomiting and frequent burping can be quite uncomfortable and may point to issues like acidity, gastritis, or an infection—but it’s important not to guess the cause without proper evaluation. Since you've already taken medicines like Pantocid L and Cipro TZ without much relief, it's a sign that this may need **further assessment**. Persistent or worsening symptoms—especially with severe pain—should not be ignored. 👉 I recommend you consult me directly so I can understand your condition better and guide you with the right next steps: [https://www.practo.com/rewa/doctor/amit-kumar-patel-generalphysician](https://www.practo.com/rewa/doctor/amit-kumar-patel-generalphysician)
