I am having burning stomach upto my food pipe(esophagus) from past 3 weeks. Consulted some doctor and they gave acidity medicine. But the problem is still there. I have doubt that it is due to presence of acid in my stomach known as Gastro esophageal reflux. But I am not sure and also not sure about its test as there are various tests like pH test and endoscopy. Which doctor should I consult to get a proper dignosis and treatment for the same?
