Burning sensation

Acidity since morning.visited dr,prescribe antacids.but burning sensation still persists.bp and pulse rate normal.dr said it is due to excessive stress.dr checked stomach.said nothing to worry. Ok

Don't depend on medicines only Go for morning and evening walk daily for good digestion and easy defication and good circulation Take salads and fruits more Take milk regularly Avoid oily spicy and fast food, non veg food, processed food, rice, outside food totally for few days Take Tab Dompan SR  5 1 on empty stomach Tab yastimadhu by Himalaya 10 1 1 Sy ulgel A 2 tsf three times a day Re Consult if needed

Hello...... Gastritis is the most commonly seen problem these days ..  Medicines can only give temporary relief.. Strict diet and lifestyle change can bring gastritis under control. Avoid spicy, hot ,high protein containing foods like fish  .Take dal rice , butter milk ,curd rice ,drink plenty of water , have frequent small  meals instead of large regular meals.Sleep 2-3 hours after having dinner .Take antacids and ppi for temporary relief..
